- Job Summary

/n /n We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the /n visual branding and marketing designs for our sweets and bakery business. The /n ideal candidate will have strong branding skills and experience in social media /n creative, packaging design, and promotional materials. /n /n

- Key Responsibilities

/n /n  Design engaging social media posts, reels covers, banners, and promotional /n creative. /n  Create packaging designs for sweets, cake boxes, labels, and festive gift /n hampers. /n  Develop in-store branding materials such as posters, menu boards, and display /n visuals. /n  Design festival campaign creative (Diwali, Lohri, Rakhi, Wedding Season,



/n etc.). /n  Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels. /n  Collaborate with the marketing and production team for campaign planning. /n  Handle print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when required. /n /n

- Key Skills & Competencies

/n /n  Creative thinking and innovation. /n  Strong attention to detail. /n  Brand development expertise. /n  Time management and organizational skills. /n  Leadership and team collaboration /n /n

- Qualification & Experience

/n /n  4–6 years of experience in graphic design. /n  Solid portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and social media work. /n  Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel DRAW/InDesign. /n  Experience in food, bakery or FMCG design preferred. /n  Knowledge of printing processes and packaging materials. /n  Creative mind-set with attention to detail. /n  Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines /n /n
