Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant / Delivery Manager with strong expertise in ERPNext/Frappe to lead functional consulting and end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation and custom development projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems, combined with the ability to manage client engagements, project delivery, stakeholders, resources, and cross-functional teams.

The candidate will work closely with clients, functional consultants, developers, QA, DevOps, project managers, and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered successfully within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Experience Required

- 6 years of relevant experience in ERPNext/Frappe, Senior Functional Consulting, ERP Implementation, Delivery Management, Project Management, or Technical Project Management.
- Strong hands-on experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting.
- Experience managing client-facing projects and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects or client implementations simultaneously is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Consulting & Business Analysis

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand, gather, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, business process analysis, and gap analysis.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and practical ERP solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize ERPNext modules according to business requirements.
- Recommend solutions to address functional gaps while following ERP and industry best practices.
- Document functional requirements, workflows, configurations, and customizations.
- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Stay updated with ERPNext/Frappe releases, features, patches,



and enhancements and recommend relevant improvements.

ERP Implementation & Project Delivery

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering and solution design through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation strategies.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and customer expectations.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and challenges.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, QA, DevOps, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper scope and change management.
- Ensure effective project documentation, reporting, and delivery governance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead client meetings, requirement workshops, project reviews, and status discussions.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Understand client business challenges and provide appropriate ERP-based solutions.
- Handle functional escalations and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Team & Resource Management

- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams comprising functional consultants, developers, QA, and DevOps.
- Plan and coordinate resources based on project requirements and priorities.
- Track team deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Support team members in resolving functional and project-related challenges.
- Mentor and guide functional consultants and contribute to improving delivery practices.
- Promote effective collaboration and communication across project teams.

Testing, Training & Go-Live

- Define and coordinate system testing and UAT activities.




- Prepare and review test scenarios and test scripts.
- Ensure implemented functionality meets documented business requirements.
- Coordinate issue tracking, resolution, and retesting with technical teams.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Support clients during go-live and post-implementation phases.
- Provide functional troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of implementation issues.

ERPNext Functional Expertise

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ERPNext modules such as:

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext/Frappe.
- Experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design.
- Experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Experience coordinating with developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with system testing, UAT, test scripts, and implementation validation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to understand both business and technical requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Operations, Project Management, Information Systems, or Business Management is preferred.
- Professional Project Management certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
