Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to design, build, and deploy high-performance web applications. In this role, you will architect modern frontends, develop robust asynchronous backends, and manage cloud infrastructure and AI integration pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Frontend Development: Architect and maintain dynamic, performant user interfaces using Next.js 15+ (App Router, Server/Client Components, SSR), React 18+, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
- Backend Engineering: Design and build high-throughput RESTful APIs using Python 3.10+ (type hints, async/await) and FastAPI (Pydantic models, dependency injection).
- Database Management: Write complex queries, optimize schemas, and manage migrations on PostgreSQL databases using SQLAlchemy (async) and Alembic.
- AI & Cloud Infrastructure: Integrate generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and AgentCore. Provision and manage infrastructure utilizing Terraform, Docker, and core AWS services
- CI/CD & Security: Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and implement secure authentication/authorization protocols (JWT,



OAuth2).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend

- Frameworks: Next.js 15+ (App Router, Server/Client Components, SSR), React 18+ (Hooks, Component Patterns).
- Languages & Tools: TypeScript, State Management (Context API, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit).
- Styling & Data: Tailwind CSS (or up-to-date CSS frameworks), API Integration & Data Fetching (RESTful APIs, JSON).

Backend

- Language & Framework: Python 3.10+ (async/await, type hints), FastAPI (Pydantic models, Dependency Injection, API Development).
- Database & ORM: PostgreSQL, SQL proficiency, SQLAlchemy (async), Alembic migrations
- Architecture & Auth: RESTful API design, async programming, JWT, and OAuth2.

DevOps & Cloud (Must Have)

- AI Integration: AWS Bedrock, AgentCore.
- AWS Infrastructure: EC2, ECS, RDS PostgreSQL, S3, CloudFront.
- IaC & Automation: Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), Docker containerization, CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven track record of designing scalable, production-ready distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, web security best practices, and frontend performance optimization.
