About the RoleWe are a growing technology startup building SaaS platforms, ERP/TMS systems, automation tools, and AI-powered solutions.

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of backend architecture and SaaS module delivery. This role requires strong system thinking, production discipline, and the ability to design scalable and maintainable backend services.

You will work closely with:

- ? An AI-focused Python Engineer
- ? A Full Stack Integrations Developer
- ? Product Leadership

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend APIs using Node.js
- Architect and develop multi-tenant SaaS modules
- Implement secure authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Design optimized PostgreSQL database schemas
- Build structured, scalable, and maintainable backend code
- Develop modern dashboards using Next.js + Tailwind CSS
- Define clean and consistent API contracts between services
- Collaborate on integrating AI services into product features
- Work with third-party APIs and external integrations
- Take ownership of delivering a complete SaaS module within the initial months

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / BE in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 4–6 years of practical software development experience
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js
- Experience building SaaS, ERP,



or multi-user systems
- Solid understanding of authentication and RBAC
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Experience with Next.js, dashboards, and API integration
- Practical Python experience including scripts, API integrations, and basic FastAPI
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership of features and deliver production-ready solutions

Good to Have
- Experience with Supabase
- Experience designing multi-tenant architectures
- Exposure to AI / LLM APIs
- Basic DevOps knowledge with Vercel / AWS
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Understanding of ERP/TMS or other SaaS product architecture
