Job Description

QRS is looking for motivated Interns and Freshers to join our team as a Project Coordinator / Service Delivery Associate.

The role involves coordinating between clients and internal project teams to ensure explicit communication, smooth project execution, and timely delivery. This is a non-development role suitable for candidates interested in Client Servicing, Project Coordination, Project Operations, or Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients and internal project teams.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Document requirements, meeting minutes, action items, and change requests.
Maintain project trackers and documentation.
Prepare concise project status reports.
Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and escalate them proactively.
Coordinate with Salesforce, Testing, Web Development, and Integration teams.
Ensure alignment of project deliverables,



quality, and timelines.
Support day-to-day project coordination and service delivery activities.
