Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Blockchain & Web3 Developer to design, develop and deploy secure, scalable decentralized applications. This role requires physical availability and local coordination, hence we are seeking candidates based in or around Madurai.

Experience : Minimum 4 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test and deploy smart contracts using Solidity
Build and maintain dApps and Web3 integrations
Work with Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains (Polygon, BSC, etc.)
Develop and integrate DeFi protocols, NFTs and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
Ensure security, performance and gas optimization of smart contracts
Collaborate with frontend and backend teams for end-to-end delivery
Debug,



test and review blockchain code
Stay updated with the latest Web3 tools and blockchain trends

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Solidity and smart contract development
Hands-on knowledge of Web3.js / Ethers.js
Experience with Hardhat, Truffle or Foundry
Understanding of blockchain security best practices
Familiarity with wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect)
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Candidate must be located in Madurai or nearby areas

Valuable to Have
Experience with Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync)
Knowledge of DeFi mechanisms (staking, AMMs, yield farming)
Familiarity with IPFS, Chainlink, The Graph
Experience building NFT platforms or marketplaces
