coordinate with internal teams,
maintain accurate records, ensure timely follow-ups,
and protect patient confidentiality.
Required Candidate profile
1–3 yrs US Healthcare/RCM experience.
Valuable English communication, US Healthcare & Insurance knowledge, customer handling skills, and willingness to work US/night shifts.
