Job Description:-

We are hiring an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with expertise in Finance, Recruitment (HR Tech), or Healthcare domains. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, work closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver creative digital products aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:-
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
Create and manage product roadmaps, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely product delivery.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.




Define product KPIs and use data-driven insights for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applicable.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
Experience in any one of the following domains:-
Finance: Banking, Lending, Payments, Insurance, FinTech.
Recruitment / HR Tech: ATS, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, HR Platforms.
Healthcare: EHR/EMR, Patient Management Systems, Healthcare IT, Clinical Workflows.
Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and defining product requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, AWS, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS or Enterprise Product environments.
