Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities for QSR operations. The candidate will handle vendor coordination, sourcing, price negotiation, purchase orders, inventory requirements, and timely delivery of raw materials and operational supplies.

Key Responsibilities
Procure food raw materials, packaging materials, beverages, kitchen consumables and other operational supplies.
Identify, evaluate and maintain relationships with reliable vendors.
Collect quotations, compare prices and negotiate rates, payment terms and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with stores, central kitchen, outlet and operations teams for purchase requirements.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Check quantity,



quality and specifications of received materials.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, GRNs and invoices.
Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving prospects.
Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, shortage, delay and delivery discrepancies.

Requirements
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field preferred.
1–4 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
QSR, Restaurant, FMCG, Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience preferred.
Solid negotiation, communication, follow-up and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
