Role & responsibilities:-

Assessment & Case Management
Interview clients and families to evaluate their psychological & social stability.
Develop individualized case plans with explicit goals, actionable steps, and measurable timelines.

Advocacy & Resource Navigation
Advocate for vulnerable clients within complex systems like courts, government agencies, and medical networks.
Maintain an updated directory of local resources, community networks, and non-profit services.

Crisis Intervention & Counseling
Deliver supportive counseling to help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills.
Intervene in safety situations, filing mandatory reports for suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children and vulnerable adults.

Administration & Compliance
Maintain detailed case notes and client files in compliance with state regulations and agency standards.
Protect client confidentiality in accordance with skilled ethical codes and privacy laws.

Preferred candidate profile

Education- Bachelors Degree in Social Work (BSW) or a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Experience- Minimum 2 Year in Healthcare
