About the Role

Indian Electricals is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in recruitment coordination, joining and exit formalities, attendance and payroll inputs, statutory records, and employee documentation

Key Responsibilities
Maintain the vacancy tracker, including open positions, sourcing status, candidate pipeline, interview scheduling, feedback, offers, and joining follow-ups.
Coordinate with department heads, candidates, and consultancies throughout the recruitment process.
Complete joining formalities, including documentation, appointment letters, employee master creation, and induction.
Verify attendance, leave, late marks, overtime, and absence data before payroll cutoff.
Prepare accurate payroll inputs, including joining, exit,



deduction, and arrears cases.
Prepare monthly PF and ESIC data and coordinate with consultants or CA for statutory filings.
Track employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfer, resignation, exit, no-dues, relieving, and final settlement inputs.
Maintain employee files and policy acknowledgements.
Support HR policy rollout and prepare HR MIS covering recruitment, attendance, attrition, joining, exit, and pending items.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of practical HR operations experience.
Experience in payroll inputs, attendance management, PF, ESIC, recruitment coordination, and employee documentation.
Experience coordinating multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to create and maintain HR trackers.
Positive understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation.
Solid organizational and follow-up skil
