Role & responsibilities
Recruit, onboard and manage Life Insurance Advisors/Agents to drive business.
Train and motivate agents on product knowledge, sales process and customer handling.
Generate business through the agency network and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain regular relationships with agents, track their performance and ensure productivity.
Drive customer acquisition, policy sales, renewals and cross-selling through the agency channel.
Preferred candidate profile
Must have at least 1 year of field sales Experience
Must be local and have positive area knowledge
2 wheeler and license are mandatory.
Graduation is must.
