Role & responsibilities
Implement pre-designed lesson plans and creative activities including storytelling, arts, music, and outdoor play.
Monitor and document each child's progress, behaviour, and learning milestones.
Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about their child's development and any concerns.
Collaborate with other staff members to organize events and activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Passion for working with young children and a nurturing personality.
Prior experience in teaching or working with children (preferred).
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning and play-based education.
Certification in Montessori or Early Childhood Education (preferred).
