Role Highlights
3 -6 years experience in HRIS/Workday
Robust Workday Prism expertise (1+ year, multiple projects)
Reporting experience (2+ years)
Advanced Excel skills
Nice to have: Workday HCM knowledge, SnapLogic exposure
Responsibilities
Support HR reporting, analytics, and BAU services
Handle incidents, small enhancements, and feature requests
Develop and troubleshoot Workday Prism reports
Assist with HR data analysis and People Analytics initiatives
Provide ongoing support for HRIS solutions
