Role & responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door face-to-face surveys with residents.
Ask questions from a structured questionnaire.
Record responses accurately using a mobile phone/tablet.
Follow survey instructions and maintain a neutral, non-leading approach.
Ensure collected information is complete and accurate.
Visit assigned households/areas and achieve daily/weekly survey targets.
Maintain confidentiality of respondents and collected information.
Report field progress and observations to the project supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree / Graduation from a recognized university.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Punjabi and working knowledge of English.
Comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
Comfortable working outdoors and visiting households.
Basic smartphone and data-entry skills.
Reliable, skilled, and comfortable working independently.
