HR Head Pan India Company Operations

Key Responsibilities
Lead and monitor HR operations across all Pan-India sites.
Supervise and control Site HR teams and ensure timely HR activities.
Manpower planning, recruitment, joining, transfers and exits.
Ensure effective implementation of attendance, leave and HR policies across company.
Supervision of payroll process, of the company.
Well verse with various statutory & Legal compliance, requirements for company.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
Review site-wise HR MIS, identify gaps and ensure corrective actions.
Conduct periodic site visits and HR audits to ensure process compliance.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Payroll and Management for HR-related matters.




Drive standardization, process improvement and HR system implementation across locations.
Ensure monthly HR-MIS presentation to BOD.

Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
10–15 years of HR Head experience, preferably in Infrastructure / Construction / Engineering & multi-location organizations.
Solid experience in all aspect of HR and Admin management of multi-location company.
Positive knowledge of labor laws, payroll, statutory compliance and HR systems.
Robust leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
Computer AI literacy will be added advantage.
