Role & responsibilities
Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new business prospects through prospecting, market intelligence and C-level engagement.
Sell complex PLM / MES / ERP / Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 solutions to large enterprises.
Understand customer business challenges across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain and IT.
Conduct customer discovery and needs assessment and map business requirements to appropriate solutions.
Develop compelling value propositions, proposals and business cases.
Engage with CXO, CIO, CTO, COO, Plant Heads, Engineering Heads and Digital Transformation leaders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closure.
Work closely with pre-sales, solution consultants, technical teams, marketing and delivery teams.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM records and monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
Monitor competitor activities,



market trends and emerging manufacturing technologies.
Ensure effective handover to implementation/customer success teams after deal closure.
Drive account expansion, cross-selling and repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience.
Experience in selling PLM, MES, ERP, Digital Manufacturing, Industrial Software or Industry 4.0 solutions.
Proven experience handling large enterprise / manufacturing accounts.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering, production, supply chain and quality functions.
Experience in B2B enterprise sales and consultative/solution selling.
Solid C-level and senior stakeholder engagement experience.
Proven ability to manage complete sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
Experience in strategic account management and territory planning.
