Assist Product Managers with \user research, requirements, user stories and product documentation\*.

Support organisation and mapping of \medical content, MCQs, videos, tests, notes and clinical cases\*.

Coordinate with \Academics, Faculty, Engineering, Design, QA and Operations\*.

* Perform functional testing and provide transparent feedback on product features and learner journeys.

* Support clinical case collection, validation, tagging and publishing workflows.

* Track user feedback, product metrics, defects and improvement initiatives.

Use \AI tools\* for research, documentation, summarisation and product analysis while validating outputs responsibly.

Interest or basic understanding of \medical education, MBBS, NEET PG or NEET SS\* is preferred.

Solid \analytical, communication, problem-solving and documentation skills\*.

Basic understanding of \web/mobile applications, Agile and software development\*.

Familiarity with \Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel/Google Sheets, analytics or SQL\* is an advantage.
