* Guest Service – Hostess

Hostess – F&B; ServiceDuties & Responsibilities1. Guest Greeting & Welcome
Welcome and greet all guests warmly with a pleasant and skilled attitude.
Create a positive first impression of the restaurant.
Escort guests to their tables and assist them with seating.




Present menus and inform guests about daily specials, promotions, or restaurant facilities.
Table & Seating Management
Manage table allocation according to reservations, guest preferences, and restaurant capacity.
Maintain an updated seating plan and coordinate table availability with the service team.
Ensure tables are properly set and ready before seating guests.
Manage waiting lists during busy periods and provide accurate waiting times.
Reservations
Handle restaurant reservations through phone, email, or reservation systems.
Confirm reservations and maintain accurate reservation records.
Note special requests such as birthdays, anniversaries, dietary requirements, or preferred seating.
Coordinate VIP and special occasion arrangements with the concerned departments.
Guest Service
Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously.
