Role Overview

The General Manager Operations will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution and overall operations, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality, client satisfaction, team productivity, and business profitability.

The role requires a highly experienced qualified with robust exposure to Grade A commercial buildings and large-scale office interior projects, along with proven experience in managing multiple projects, Project Managers, site teams, clients, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of commercial office interior projects from project initiation to final handover.
Ensure projects are delivered on or before committed timelines.
Monitor project milestones, schedules, progress, and critical activities.
Review project progress regularly and take proactive corrective actions to address delays and bottlenecks.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve project execution and overall business efficiency.




Ensure effective coordination between Projects, Design, Procurement, Estimation, Finance, and other support functions.
Operations Management
Manage overall project operations across multiple projects and locations.
Establish robust operational processes and ensure consistent implementation across project teams.
Monitor project performance, productivity, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
Identify operational gaps and implement appropriate solutions.
Drive accountability, ownership, and timely decision-making across the operations function.
Budget & Cost Management
Monitor project budgets and overall project financial performance.
Review and approve BOQs in line with approved project budgets and requirements.
Monitor Budget vs. Actual expenditure and take corrective action wherever required.
Ensure project execution remains aligned with planned gross margins.
