Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Store Associate to support day-to-day store operations and deliver an excellent customer shopping experience. Freshers as well as candidates with 1–3 years of retail experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products and explain product features, pricing, offers, and advantages.
Support the store team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, returns, and basic complaints professionally.
Maintain proper product displays, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Assist with POS billing and payment transactions.
Receive, arrange, and replenish products on the sales floor.
Monitor stock availability and assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions.
Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.




Coordinate with the Store Manager and team members for smooth daily operations.

Requirements
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, Retail Management, or any relevant discipline.
Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with 1–3 years of retail/store/showroom experience are preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, POS systems, and MS Office is preferred.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
