Role & Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.
Promote iBase training programs, internships, workshops, certification programs, and technology solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, programs, or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, universities, corporates, and other potential clients.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert qualified prospects into customers.
Coordinate with the marketing, technical, training, and management teams for successful lead conversion.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales and lead reports.
Meet assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Participate in college visits, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.




Stay updated about AI, GenAI, Cyber Security, Software Development, EdTech, and emerging technology trends.
Contribute ideas for improving sales strategies, customer engagement, and business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
03 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, EdTech Sales, B2B Sales, or related roles.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid convincing, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and basic CRM concepts.
Ability to generate leads independently and work toward targets.
Willingness to make calls, conduct meetings, and travel for business/college visits when required.
