Managing Business Development
Prospect identification and selling across all product segments and geographical territory
Map the total revenue product wise, region wise
Analyze the current market demand and potential products to offer
Current customer acquisition across all product categories
Prepare and discuss the annual business plan with management

Marketing Management
Attend Exhibitions, seminars
Develop and implement latest Marketing collaterals Brochures, Digital presence
Prepare Marketing Budgets
Carry out marketing activities based on approved budgets

Sales Process management
Identify potential customers and market segments for the companys product portfolio (e.g., petroleum jelly, mineral oils, waxes).
Establish and review Enquiry generation to Order Confirmation process
Generate leads, convert enquiries into orders and achieve sales targets.
Documentation timeliness adherence
Sales funnel management
Review the accomplishment of the set target periodically
Maintain list of high/medium/ low potential clients





Monitor various intra departmental support required within the team to meet
client commitments
Analyze the sales documentation upon submission.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations and pricing to prospective customers.
Support order management & coordinate with internal teams for delivery schedules.

Brand & Product Promotion
Support campaigns to improve brand recognition within key industrial segments.
Work with cross-functional teams (product, production, quality, logistics) to ensure marketing strategies are effectively implemented.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and technical information to support customer engagements.

Customer Requirement Mapping
Capture customer requirements
Provide necessary feedbacks wherever required
Monitor product development based on customer feedback
Take sample approval from the customers
