Job Description :-
Solid analytical skills to interpret e-commerce metrics, sales reports, marketplace performance, and customer behavior data.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
in e-commerce, online retail, FMCG, consumer brands, or marketplace management.
Hands-on experience in
managing and optimizing platform/marketplace ads
, including campaign setup, monitoring budgets, analyzing ROAS/ROI, and improving ad performance.
Account management experience to manage marketplace platforms, vendor relationships, and online partner coordination.
Robust sales and sales management skills to drive revenue, manage promotions, optimize product visibility, and support the overall sales strategy.
Team management capabilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across departments.
Prior experience with e-commerce marketplaces such as
Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar platforms
is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with e-commerce tools, marketplace dashboards,
Excel/Google Sheets
, and basic CRM or ERP systems.




Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
