Role & responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods using job boards, social media, and networking.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further assessments.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated with industry trends, hiring best practices, and market conditions

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduation
Experience: 1yr+
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring deadlines.
