IITS is looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor to handle B2B education leads, communicate with partner organisations, provide course guidance, and support the admission/conversion process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads and enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
Communicate with B2B partners and students regarding courses and admissions.
Provide appropriate course and admission guidance.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Achieve assigned targets and conversion goals.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM/portal.
Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams.

Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
Experience in telecalling and counselling preferred.
Robust lead conversion and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Basic computer and CRM/portal knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
