About the Role

Ace Web Solutions is hiring a Process Executive to join our US IT services team.

This is an excellent chance for a candidate with strong English communication skills who wants to build a career in US customer service, IT services, operations, and process coordination.

You will communicate with US-based customers and coordinate with our internal technical, sales, and dispatch teams to ensure customers receive timely and skilled service.

Freshers are welcome. IT experience is not mandatory — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with US-based customers via phone and email.
Understand customer requirements and create/update service tickets.
Coordinate with IT technicians, support, sales, and dispatch teams.




Schedule and coordinate technician visits when required.
Follow up with customers and technicians to ensure requests are progressing.
Provide customers with timely updates on their service requests.
Maintain accurate customer and ticket information in CRM/ticketing systems.
Escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow company SOPs, processes, and service standards.
Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality targets.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with US customer service standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups.
Support the team in maintaining SLA and service-quality standards.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Clear, confident, and professional communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with US customers over the phone.
