JOB DESCRIPTION

· Increase profitability of the center by ensuring effective use of resources, adopting creative strategies to reduce cost and generating maximum revenue through training and other services.

· Responsible for end-to-end student admission cycle.

· Evaluates student recruitment techniques by determining the effectiveness each recruitment technique.

· Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; conducting follow-up activities such as emails and phone-calling campaigns.

· Handling of student enquiries effectively.

· Explaining the candidate about the available courses / programmes and its payment plans and resolving their doubts and queries accordingly.

· Following up with the candidate for joining the course/ programme and for the payment.

· Making follow up calls for due payments from the candidates.





· Timely updating and scheduling of upcoming batches to all the concerned team members, trainers and students.

· Achieving targets set by the Management.

· Maintain a MIS of the students who have taken admissions or have done enquiries

· Develops a healthy alumni network and arrange for student interactive sessions.

· Maintains recruiting operations by following policies and procedures.

· Enhances admissions department and institute reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing recent and different requests for admissions.

· Developing relationships among the community that lives around the Centre.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
