Lead Business Analyst – Conversation Banking / Transformation

We are looking for an experienced
Lead Business Analyst
to join our Banking Transformation programme, supporting initiatives around
Conversation Banking and customer interaction channels
. We're looking for a Business Analyst with robust experience in transformation programmes, stakeholder management, and leading BA teams in a large global organisation, preferably in the Banking/Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Business Analysis activities across large-scale transformation programmes.
Lead, guide and mentor a team of Business Analysts across project/programme workstreams.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product teams and senior leadership to understand and translate business requirements.
Drive requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation.
Define business processes, customer journeys, use cases and functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs and transformation opportunities.




Work across complex programmes involving multiple teams, systems and stakeholders.
Support the delivery of customer-centric and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
Review and provide guidance on BA deliverables, requirements and solution approaches.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
4–5+ years of experience working as a Lead Business Analyst.
Robust experience in
Business Transformation / Transformation BA
roles.
Proven experience
leading or guiding a team of Business Analysts
within a programme/project workplace.
Experience working within a
large global organisation
, preferably within Banking / Financial Services.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with complex business processes, customer journeys and technology teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
