About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business & Sales Growth Specialist to drive business growth by identifying current opportunities, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, engaging with healthcare professionals, and successfully closing sales.

The role involves extensive customer follow-ups, field visits, clinical discussions, and coordination with hospital stakeholders, including surgeons, doctors, physiotherapists, procurement, and biomedical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, referrals, cold calling, networking, and customer engagement.
Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets through lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups, commercial negotiations, and sales closures.
Meet surgeons, doctors, physiotherapists,



hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals to present and promote products and solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, workshops, and hands-on sessions.
Address clinical and technical queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Build solid relationships with doctors, procurement teams, biomedical engineers, hospital management, and distributors.
Coordinate with procurement and biomedical departments for product evaluations, documentation, commercial discussions, and vendor registration.
Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, follow-ups, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly targets related to customer meetings, demonstrations, sales closures, and revenue generation.
Ensure excellent customer experience through timely responses and long-term relationship management.
