Role Profile: HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities for a growing BPO workforce of 550+ employees. The role involves onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management support, and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Operations within a BPO/ITES setting and possess robust knowledge of employee documentation, compliance processes, HRMS management, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Coordinate background verification, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HRMS data accuracy.
Support employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and internal job postings.
Drive Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) processes while coordinating with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
Manage employee exits, resignation processing, clearance workflows,



and relieving documentation.
Support performance management cycles including appraisal documentation and employee confirmations.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, and other regulatory filings.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and internal communication activities.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and audit documentation.
Contribute to HR process improvement, SOP creation, and HR automation initiatives.
