Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Civil BIM Trainer to join our training team at CADD Centre Ambattur. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training in BIM and Civil Engineering software, mentoring students, conducting projects, and supporting their career development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training for Civil BIM courses.
Train students on Revit Architecture, Revit Structure and other relevant BIM tools.
Explain BIM concepts, workflows, modelling standards and project coordination.
Provide hands-on training through real-time projects and industry-based case studies.
Guide students in developing BIM projects and portfolios.
Conduct assignments, assessments and practical evaluations.
Identify students' learning gaps and provide individual mentoring.
Support students with project guidance, resume preparation and interview readiness.
Stay updated with the latest BIM tools, workflows and industry practices.
Maintain training quality and student engagement.
Coordinate with the counselling/academic team regarding student progress and course requirements.
