Job Summary

As an Account Management Intern, you will work closely with our Key Account Managers to support client retention, engagement, and growth. This is a high-ownership, learn-by-doing role you will be involved in real client conversations and meaningful projects from day one.

Strong performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the 6-month engagement.
What You'll Do
Assist Key Account Managers in managing and retaining Nova existing client accounts
Help prepare executive-level reports including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates
Support client business reviews coordinating logistics, preparing decks, and tracking action items
Research and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client portfolio
Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of account health
Assist in onboarding recent clients and coordinating with internal teams for smooth handoffs
Gather and relay client feedback to product and operations teams
Who We're Looking For




Graduates who have completed their education (any discipline; business, commerce, or related fields preferred)
Available for a full 6-month commitment starting immediately
Robust communication skills written and verbal
High ownership mindset you follow through on what you commit to
Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
Curious about health insurance, employee advantages, or HR tech
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
