Role & responsibilities
Work proactively with customers to identify reliability gaps, resolve technical issues, and drive mutual long-term value and account growth.
Coordination within customer and internal team to improve customer success
Work closely with the end customer, understand their problems and support them with Acoem Solutions
Escalation to be made at customer end - if something is not getting moving and remains unattended from the customers side.
Internal escalation also to be taken in case of, if something is not moving or taking more time than the normal.
Proficient to generate Case Studies, Success Stories and ROIs
He should look for cross selling as well as up selling of Acoem Product and Services
Provide expert-level technical support to Acoem customers in India for our range of condition monitoring and vibration analysis products and solutions.
Conduct advanced vibration analysis, diagnose complex machinery faults, and recommend corrective actions based on data interpretation.
Deliver training and technical guidance to customers on product usage,
data collection, and analysis techniques.
Provide application support to the Online LOB In charge
Collaborate with sales, LOB and Technical Support team, to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product enhancements.
Willingness to travel extensively within India to provide in office support and services to custom
Preferred candidate profile
Proven expertise in operating and interpreting data from vibration monitoring equipment.
ISO CAT II Certification is mandatory
Robust understanding of machinery diagnostics, fault identification (e.g., unbalance, misalignment, bearing defects, gear issues), and root cause analysis.
Experience with various industry standards and best practices related to condition monitoring and reliability.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
