Job Description (JD):
Manage and develop relationships with bank branches and bank staff.
Coordinate with bank employees to generate insurance business.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate leads through the bank’s customer base.
Meet customers and explain suitable insurance products.
Train and motivate bank staff to promote insurance products.
Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
Maintain robust relationships with branch managers and bank officials.
Track daily sales, leads, and business performance.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
Conduct regular branch visits and review business performance.
Prepare and share sales reports with management.
