Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for contract-based IT roles
Sourcing candidates from Indian job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster) and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements
Scheduling interviews and following up on feedback
Negotiating salaries and employment terms with candidates
Managing multiple job openings simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
Maintaining a candidate database and regularly updating recruitment reports

Requirements:
Experience: 28 years in IT recruitment for contract staffing
Proficiency in using Indian job portals and sourcing tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to finalize salary discussions
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a energetic environment
