1–3 years of experience in machine shop production/supervision.
Practical knowledge of CNC Turning Centers and Machining Centers.
Exposure to Conventional Machining.
Basic knowledge of FANUC CNC controls.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances.
Basic knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, fixtures and machining parameters.
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier, micrometer and bore gauge.
Valuable communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage operators and work according to production targets.
Knowledge of 5S and Kaizen will be an advantage.
Basic MS Excel and production-reporting skills preferred.
