About the Role

The In-Stock Manager – Supply Compass is the inventory conscience of our business. Their single most significant mission is easy: no warehouse should ever be in a stock-out position. This role carries full planning accountability for SKU-level stock coverage across India and Global, operating as a shared central function that serves both geographies.

Reporting directly to the Founder, this person will be the early-warning system that keeps our supply chain one step ahead — flagging reorder needs before they become emergencies, modelling working capital impact before commitments are made, and ensuring our catalog is always ready to sell, always ready to ship.

This is a data-intensive, high-ownership planning role. The right candidate is obsessed with stock visibility, deeply analytical, and understands that the cost of a stock-out is far greater than the cost of carrying a few extra units.

Key Responsibilities
Stock Cover Planning & Visibility
Maintain SKU-level stock cover calculations for both India and Global as separate,



real-time views — updated daily.
Ensure adequate days of cover are maintained across the entire active catalog at all times — no exceptions.
Build and maintain a live inventory dashboard that gives CBMs, the Head of MCC, and the Ops Head instant visibility into the health of every SKU.
Reorder Alerts & Stock-Out Prevention
Trigger reorder recommendations and alerts before any SKU drops below its Minimum Stock Level (MSL) — 100% of alerts must be issued before stock drops below 15-day cover.
Drive zero stock-outs on all PO SKUs across every category — this is the primary, non-negotiable KPI of the role.
Proactively track inbound lead times against supplier-committed dates, and flag deviations early enough for corrective action.
Aging & Dead Stock Management
Maintain a live aging stock dashboard tracking every SKU at 60, 90, and 120-day thresholds.
