Job Description Operations Executive (NBFC / Finance)

Role Overview

Responsible for managing day-to-day \loan operations, collection and disbursement processes, reconciliation, CRM updates, documentation, and coordination\ with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor \day-to-day loan operations\* from collection to disbursement and closure.

Coordinate with \Collection, Credit, Finance, MIS, and Operations teams\* for smooth processing.

Monitor \loan disbursement, collection, repayment, settlement, and closure\* activities.

Verify and reconcile \CRM, bank transactions, collection, disbursement, and payment gateway data\*.

Track and resolve \transaction mismatches, pending cases, and operational discrepancies\*.

Maintain and update \CRM and operational records\* accurately and within timelines.

Coordinate with the bank/payment gateway teams regarding \transaction and settlement-related queries\*.

Support \pre-collection and post-collection operations\*,



including bucket and case management.

Monitor \customer/account-related operational queries\* and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

Prepare and maintain required \operational reports, trackers, and daily status updates\*.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to \internal processes, controls, and compliance requirements\*.

Handle \ad-hoc operational requirements\* and provide timely updates to management.
