We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer – Civil to supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction and site execution activities.
Prepare daily work schedules and allocate tasks to site teams.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
Maintain site records, material receipts, labour attendance, and work progress.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Assist with quantity take-offs, material planning, and cost control.
Identify and resolve site issues to minimize project delays.
Participate in project review meetings and provide site updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building construction.
Experience in high-rise buildings and villas preferred.
Commercial construction experience will be an advantage.
Valuable knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
