The intern will work closely with the business team/Brand AI Pod across business operations, AI-led data capture, process documentation, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Administration
Capture and organize photographs of private-brand products.
Use AI tools to generate and structure product and content information.
Capture and organize packaging and ingredient details.
Build and maintain a centralized Packaging & Ingredient Library.
Support other operational/admin activities as required.
Business Process & Workflow Automation
Understand and document existing business processes and workflows related to brands.
Identify repetitive/manual activities and prospects for standardization and automation.
Define structured as-is and to-be workflows in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve process efficiency.





Ideal Candidate

An undergraduate student who is:
Detail-oriented and organized.
Curious about business processes and operations.
Comfortable using AI tools and technology.
Solid in documentation and problem-solving.
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic productivity tools.
Prior exposure to AI, automation, or process mapping would be an advantage.
