Responsibilities
Conduct GTW audits and other related audits and assessments as per client protocol.
Prepare audit and assessment reports within the defined TAT.
Ensure that report quality meets client expectations and requirements.
Ensure timely responses to resolve client queries.
Be ready to travel across India.
We Are Looking for You With
Qualification
BE or B.Tech in Leather Processing/Technology, or a Masters in Chemistry with experience in leather processing/tannery.
Relevant Experience
4+ years of experience in a leather tannery.
Expertise
Valuable communication skills, both speaking and writing.
Chemical background with high experience in the product health and safety area and manufacturing processes, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leather tannery, including Dyeing/Processing/Printing, etc.
Technical specialists from the leather tannery industry could also be considered with 5 years of experience.
Environmental background and knowledge of water treatment.
Knowledge of local environmental laws.
Familiarity with quality requirements for final leather garments and lab processes, including pH, colour fastness, and risky chemicals.
