Roles & Responsibilities

As an E-commerce Support Intern , you will support backend operations for UK-based online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage product listings on UK-based platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc.
Handle backend operations including:
Customer service messages and feedback reviews
Reconciliation, payments, and invoice entry
Product research and pricing calculations
Raising customer cases and follow-ups
Perform data analysis to generate periodic reports
Provide support across various operational and administrative tasks

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Were looking for candidates who demonstrate:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid command of grammatical business English (UK preferred)
Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude




Thoughtful decision-making and prioritization abilities
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in execution
Prior experience in the e-commerce domain is a plus
Freshers from any academic background are welcome to apply
Added Advantage - Sound knowledge in Advance excel, Book keeping, General Accounting, Bank reconciliation, Year end accounting (UK/India)

This is a 3 month internship with a fixed stipend of Rs 6000 per month.
Based on performance during the internship, you may be considered for a full time role. Hiring is not guaranteed
