Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and supervise soil classification tests (grain size analysis, Atterberg limits, Proctor compaction, CBR, etc.)
Implement and monitor QC procedures in the field and lab, ensuring compliance with project specifications and codes
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and client representatives regarding non-conformances, corrective actions, and quality documentation
Validate field density/compaction testing results and submission of test reports
Assist in preparing project quality plans, inspection checkpoints, audit participation, and site inspections
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (preferably with specialization or hands-on exposure in geotechnical/soil mechanics)
Prior experience in QA/QC roles in large civil infrastructure or railway projects, ideally with earthwork exposure
Familiar with standard laboratory and field test equipment and procedures for soil investigations
Positive communication, documentation, audit support, and coordination skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
