Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our FMCG manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing/factory accounts, Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, inventory accounting, reconciliations and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Maintain vendor, customer, cash and bank ledgers.
Prepare and monitor Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Perform regular Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
Handle factory/manufacturing accounting and coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase and Dispatch teams.
Maintain accounting records related to raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and inventory.




Assist in stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes and other accounting documents.
Handle GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS data and reconciliation.
Prepare monthly MIS, expense reports and other management reports.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors and customers as required.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of accounting activities.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
