Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a marine-related field
Experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, shipyard, or marine projects will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site activities as per project requirements
Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress at the site
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Prepare and maintain daily site reports and work-related documentation
Coordinate with the project and production teams to ensure timely completion of work
Requirements
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Valuable knowledge of mechanical works and site operations
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a shipyard/marine setting
