Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Leadership
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality talent across sales and marketing functions.
Lead end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future business requirements.
Coordinate with HR, regional teams, and business heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing Officials.
Define performance goals, and sales targets for team members.
Conduct regular reviews, performance evaluations.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and productivity.
Identify training needs and ensure continuous skill development.

Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase product penetration.
Achieve business targets for all the products.
Identify recent business prospects and market segments.




Establish and strengthen relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Design and implement product-specific marketing campaigns.
Plan local and regional marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
Coordinate with product teams for promotional activities and customer acquisition programs.

Channel & Relationship Management
Manage cross-selling initiatives through branch and channel networks.
Develop strategic partnerships with builders, DSAs, insurance partners, and corporate entities.
Strengthen customer acquisition and retention programs.

Sales Monitoring & MIS Reporting
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior.
Prepare manpower reports, recruitment dashboards, and business performance MIS.
