Production Manager – Apparel & Backpacks

We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our Tronica City unit.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

* Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely order completion.

* Supervise production staff and maintain smooth shop-floor operations.

* Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality teams for uninterrupted production.

* Monitor production efficiency, quality, and material utilization.

* Maintain production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.

* Resolve production issues and implement process improvements.

* Ensure compliance with quality, safety,



and factory standards.

Requirements:

* Graduation preferred.

* 4–7 years of experience managing production units in apparel or backpack manufacturing.

* Solid leadership and team management skills.

* Proficiency in maintaining and sharing production data using Microsoft Excel or Sheets.

* Valuable planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
