Key Responsibilities
Source and screen OPT/CPT candidates through various recruitment portals and social media platforms.
Communicate with candidates regarding job prospects and requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Maintain daily recruitment reports and records.
Meet individual and team recruitment targets
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in OPT/CPT recruitment or US staffing.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of US recruitment processes is preferred.
Ability to work in the US night shift.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per month
