Roles and Responsibility
Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify trends and patterns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
DRA Certified with experience in recovery and collections.
Strong knowledge of personal loans and collections processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with FF & Bucket 1 team is mandatory.
